Pack prices and availability
Prices are in USD per listed pack. Check the amount per vial and number of vials. Any applicable sales tax is included in prices and is not added as a separate customer charge. Stock, shipping and final specifications are reviewed during processing. Images are illustrative, and actual packaging may differ.
Request and confirmation
The initial Planet request reference confirms receipt of a request. Payment requires separate instructions and manual verification. Final confirmation follows fulfillment preparation and assignment of a tracking number. The website cannot send funds on a requester’s behalf.
Assisted-payment fee
If Zelle, Cash App or Venmo is selected, the payment total includes a6.5% Planet Peptides handling fee on discounted material prices plus shipping. Applicable tax is already included in prices. The fee covers additional manual processing and is not charged by the payment app. The complete fee and total appear before payment. Use only the recipient or QR code in the current private instructions and enter the required payment note exactly as shown: “Planet Peptides” plus your Planet request number. If the memo is missing or incorrect, the payment will be refunded and the order will not be processed. Keep the confirmation reference.
Changes, cancellations and delivery issues
Eligibility, cancellation, return, refund, replacement, delivery and dispute arrangements depend on the request stage and circumstances. Any applicable terms must be confirmed before payment; no supplier policy or waiver of customer rights is assumed.
