Before fulfillment begins
You can request delivery to a destination worldwide. Shipping is a fixed $75 for every destination. Availability, carrier service and destination eligibility are reviewed during fulfillment processing. Confirm your full delivery address and phone number. A request does not guarantee delivery.
Processing and transit
The current Discord ordering guide lists an estimated 1–3 business days for warehouse processing after payment confirmation and 8–14 days for delivery after loading onto an international flight. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, customs and carrier handling can extend the total time.
The team must reconfirm the applicable estimate with your order. Your request submission date is not the start of international transit.
Tracking and support
Carrier details appear on your private request page after they are available. Tracking can take time to show its first scan. Keep order-specific questions with your private request or original email thread; community moderators do not need your personal delivery details.
Delivery problems
Report an incorrect address as soon as you notice it. For delays, customs holds, losses or a damaged parcel, keep your order reference and relevant carrier information. Any replacement or refund arrangement must be confirmed for the specific order before payment.
