This page explains what Planet Peptides stores, why it is needed and how long website records are scheduled to remain available.
What this website saves
A submitted request stores contact and delivery details, selected items, payment preference, acceptance time, status history and generated email records in the website database. If payment or shipping details are provided, the related transaction reference and carrier information are also stored. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
Cart and private links
Your account saves cart selections and changes. Guest carts stay in your browser. You can separately choose product news and promotions or reminders for an unfinished account cart. Cart reminders are sent only when you select that option, up to five times over six weeks. Each one links to an optional three-question form with space for a note. Staff can review your cart and submitted answers to improve support. You can stop either optional email series from its emails or from My Account. A private request link and an HTTP-only access cookie allow access to the saved request. Anyone with that private link may be able to view the request, so do not share it publicly.
Access and external services
The operator workspace is restricted to the configured operator account. Website messages may be delivered through Amazon SES and archived to the connected Microsoft 365 business mailbox. No Discord notification is automatic. Following Discord or reference links opens another service with its own privacy practices.
Anonymous server statistics
We automatically count eligible public HTML page requests reaching our server to understand page activity and improve the site. These statistics stay in our website database as daily totals for each public page. There is no approval prompt or opt-out for these anonymous server totals. They do not create analytics cookies or visitor identifiers, build browsing profiles, or store individual visit records. The statistics contain no IP addresses, browser fingerprints, account details, full URLs, query values or referrers, and are not sent to Google or Meta. Our hosting provider still processes technical connection information needed to serve the website.
These counts measure requests rather than unique people or successful page views. Reloads and repeat requests can add to the totals. Cached pages and navigation handled entirely in the browser may not reach the server and are not counted. We use up to 180 days of daily aggregate history and clear older totals as new requests are counted. Admin, account, cart, checkout and private request pages are excluded. The optional Google and Meta choices below do not affect these anonymous server counters.
Regional Google Analytics and optional Meta tracking
When a campaign link includes basic source and campaign tags, this site keeps those tags for the current browser session and saves them with a request you submit. This helps us count requests from each campaign without sending request or payment details to an ad platform.
Basic Google Analytics can load automatically on general public storefront pages when our hosting provider identifies an eligible United States location, unless you have declined analytics or your browser sends a privacy signal. Our current automatic policy excludes Washington, Nevada and Connecticut. Other countries and locations that cannot be determined use consent first. This is our conservative collection policy, not a determination of your legal residence.
Automatic Google collection excludes individual product pages. Choosing “Allow analytics” allows Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on eligible public pages, including product pages. Previously saved Google-only preferences remain limited to Google unless you choose to allow both. Google helps us understand visits, popular pages, devices and campaign sources; Meta helps us understand visits from advertising. Meta always requires your affirmative choice. Neither service is enabled by this website on admin, account, cart, checkout or private request pages. We do not send these services your name, email address, request details, cart contents, payment information or order activity. Google page-view addresses omit private query values and URL fragments. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our Google tag.
These services receive technical connection and browser information when their scripts load, including the IP address used to make the connection, and can use browser identifiers or cookies to measure activity. In consent-first locations, Google stays off until you allow it. A location check failure also uses consent first. Choosing “Essential only” keeps these analytics scripts off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also keep these scripts off, taking precedence over an earlier permission. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. If you withdraw permission after analytics has loaded, the page reloads to stop the loaded scripts when your new choice can be saved. The location check returns only a collection mode to your browser; we do not save your country, state or IP address in our anonymous page counters. Google describes its data practices at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional payment guide videos
Payment videos stay blocked until you choose “Load video.” Loading a video connects your browser directly to YouTube, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and page request under its own privacy terms.
How long records are kept
Completed order, payment, supplier, shipping, tax and related email audit records are scheduled for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the order is completed. Unpaid, cancelled or inactive requests and unrelated support messages are scheduled for removal or minimization after 12 months. Clearly labeled simulation records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Expired sign-in challenges and abuse-prevention counters are temporary and are removed during normal system use.
Reports, holds and privacy requests
Authentic Certificates of Analysis stay available while the matched product and batch remain relevant, with an accounting copy retained for seven years after the last related sale. A dispute, audit, tax review, safety issue or other legal obligation can extend these periods. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact support. Information that must be preserved for accounting, fraud prevention or another legal obligation may be retained, while unnecessary personal details are removed when permitted.
Retention controls
This schedule is implemented as a documented review policy and a report-only audit for business and order records. One narrow cleanup rule is active in the authenticated admin workspace: website copies of settled saved and discarded website email copies become eligible for operator cleanup after 60 days. Unresolved delivery records are held for review, while messages still sending or held for uncertain delivery remain available for review. That cleanup does not delete Outlook messages, requests or immutable order events.
