Direct cryptocurrency payments use individual instructions and manual verification. Select a preference with your request, then wait for the exact asset, network, amount and receiving address before sending anything.
Cash App, Venmo and Zelle add a 6.5% Planet Peptides handling fee. It applies to discounted material prices plus shipping. Any applicable tax is already included in those prices; there is no separate customer tax charge.
Crypto has no Planet Peptides handling fee; wallet or network fees may apply. Your payment instructions show the exact total before you pay.
Why there is a handling fee
Assisted payments take a few extra steps. We verify the transfer, match it to your request, and move the received funds into our business crypto accounts for order processing. The handling fee helps cover that work, conversion or exchange costs, transfer and network charges where applicable, and the time spent on payment records, tax accounting and reconciliation while we process other orders. This is a Planet Peptides service fee, not a fee charged by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.

Before you send
Match the asset and network to your quote. USDT and USDC use Ethereum (ERC20); send the selected token, not ETH. PYUSD uses Stellar; send PYUSD, not XLM or PYUSD on another network. ETH uses Ethereum. Use only the receiving address in your own current instructions.
Check the receiving amount after any withdrawal or network fees. Fees are separate from the order amount and depend on your wallet, exchange and network.
Quotes and verification
Use a current quote. If it expires, or you sent a partial or excess amount, ask for review before sending more. The team verifies the recipient, asset, network, amount and confirmations before marking a payment complete.
Submitting a transaction ID does not automatically verify payment. Keep proof on your private request page or in the original order email thread when email support is available.
Assisted payment options
Choose Zelle, Cash App or Venmo to receive the QR code, exact USD total and required payment note in your first email and on your private request page. The total includes $75 shipping, the 6.5% assisted-payment fee and any applicable sales tax. There is no separate quote email to wait for. Instructions are valid for 24 hours; payment and fulfillment are confirmed separately.
The 6.5% handling fee is our fee, not a fee from the payment app. Use only the recipient or QR code in your current email or private request page. Enter the exact payment note shown there: “Planet Peptides” plus your request number. A missing or incorrect note causes a refund, and the order will not be processed. Payment must be independently verified before fulfillment.

Using Zelle or Venmo on the same phone?
In your current payment email, tap the QR code or the Open Zelle / Open Venmo button. You can also press and hold the QR and choose “Open Link” if your phone offers it. If it does not, use the payment button on your private request page.
Zelle: If your bank asks why you are paying, choose the option that describes this business purchase, such as “Paying bills or a known small business.”
Venmo: Use an authorized business profile or mark the payment as a purchase, when offered. If neither option is available, contact support before paying.
Check the recipient, exact total and required note before sending. Use current instructions for your request; opening a payment link does not confirm your order.

Buying and sending Bitcoin with Cash App
- Open Money, choose Bitcoin, enter the purchase amount and confirm it.
- Return to Bitcoin, choose Send Bitcoin and enter the exact quoted amount.
- Scan or paste the wallet address from your current Planet Peptides quote, then review and confirm.
Sending cryptocurrency with the Coinbase app
- Open Payments, choose the same asset shown in your current quote and enter the amount.
- Choose Pay, then scan or paste the exact quoted wallet address.
- Before confirming, match the recipient address, asset, network, amount and fee to your instructions.
